Refund Policy

Pro, Pro Plus, and Pro Ultra are planned monthly subscriptions. We plan to use a Merchant of Record provider service for checkout, payment processing, receipts, billing support, and refund handling. Refund requests are handled under the purchaser checkout terms shown at purchase, this policy, and applicable consumer law.

Billing and Merchant of Record

We plan to use a Merchant of Record provider service for Page AI-agent purchases. The provider shown at checkout processes payments, calculates and collects applicable transaction taxes where required, sends receipts, supports billing compliance, manages billing records, and processes approved refunds. Page AI-agent receives subscription status from the provider to provide paid access.


Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the purchaser checkout terms and policies shown by the Merchant of Record or payment provider, this policy, and mandatory consumer-protection law. Local rights may include a statutory withdrawal or refund period. Those rights vary by country and may be affected when digital services have already been supplied or used with your consent.

We may approve a discretionary refund where a billing error occurred, a duplicate charge was made, or a persistent technical defect materially prevented use of the paid service. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Fraud, refund abuse, or excessive manipulative use may make a transaction ineligible.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved after review. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.


How to Request a Refund

Reply to or use the support and subscription-management links in your purchase email, or email support@pageagents.app. We can help identify the transaction, troubleshoot access, and coordinate a refund review with the provider shown at checkout.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the Merchant of Record or payment provider, the payment method, and the buyer's financial institution.


Technical Problems

If a persistent technical defect prevents you from accessing the paid features described at purchase, contact us first at support@pageagents.app. We will try to resolve the issue and can provide relevant information to the provider shown at checkout if a refund review is needed.
